The Dialogic

IMG 1010 Integrated Media

Gateway is a carrier-grade VoIP gateway that

supports both media and signaling in a single 1U

chassis. It allows service providers to add new

telephony services quickly, and gives them a

clear migration path to an all-IP network.

Extendable up to 24E1 per gateway and stackable up to 32 units, the IMG 1010 is

classified in the category of very high density gateways. The IMG1010 can be

considered as a border Gateway, being able to realize various interconnections

between networks (TDM, SS7 and IP), signaling conversions (SIP <=> ISUP/SS7

<=> ISDN, H323 <=> SIP...), and transcoding (G711<=>G729, G723 <=>G729,

AMR <=> G711, etc.).

• Signaling gateway: SIP, ISUP, CAS and SS7.

• Virtualizable racks, managed on an OAM dedicated redundant Ethernet link.

• Intuitive Java graphical interface, via the Linux Redhat GCEMS server.

• In the event of failure, the motherboard can be replaced from the front without

the need to disconnect the Ethernet or TDM links (in less than 30 minutes).

• Product totally integrated for voice and fax services with a T.38.

• Very low power consumption (Maximum 115 Watts at full capacity)

SESSION BANDWIDTH OPTIMIZER

The I-Gate

4000 is an appliance that enables

you to optimize voice traffic transport within

PSTN, IP, 2G or 3G telecom networks. The

optimized bandwidth also generates a drastic

reduction in operator CAPEX and OPEX. The

Dialogic® optimization technologies enable

you to achieve values of up to 70% reduction in bandwidth.

The I-Gate

4000 SBO Core exploits sophisticated bandwidth optimization and

compression technologies by combining high-quality optimization and Quality of

Service (QoS) protection techniques, while at the same time preserving the

original quality of the traffic (for example, voice and fax). It can be used on cable,

wireless or satellite VoIP installations.

The I-Gate

4000 SBO Mobile Backhaul is a similar appliance that has been

designed to optimize the capacity of the bandwidth on the backhaul segment of 2G

and 3G mobile networks, i.e. between the BTS and the operator RNC. As it optimizes

the Abis and Iub data streams, including ATM and Steams Iub IPs, the I-Gate

SBO MB is a very effective solution for increasing the mobile backhaul capacity

without having to invest in extra physical links between the BTSs and the RNC.

• It enables economical optimization and an increase in the VoIP traffic for PSTN,

IP and mobile networks.

• Depending on the model, it reduces bandwidth use by up to 70% without

deterioration of the initial voice quality.

• It combines high quality optimization of VoIP transport with QoS protection

techniques.

• It supports a wide range of transmission infrastructures.
